Hui Li is a Professor of Peking University、Chief Information Scientist of IASTIC(International Academician Science & Technology Innovation Center); Foreign Academician of Russia Academy of Natural Science、Member of Expert Committee of World Digital Tech. Academy under guidance of UN Commission on Sci.&Tech. for Developments、Fellow of IET、Senior Member of IEEE & China CCF. He received his B.Eng. and M.S. degrees from School of Information Eng., Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1986 and 1989 respectively, and Ph.D. degree from Dept. of Information Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2000. He was Director of Shenzhen Key Lab of Information theory & Future Internet architecture, Director of PKU Lab of CENI (China Environment for Network Innovations), National Major Research Infrastructure. He is the inaugural Director of the Expert Committee on Theory and Mathematical Modeling of the IEEE Blockchain Society (appointed upon direct invitation by the Society's President, in recognition of his resolution of the theoretical and practical challenges of the CAP Trilemma in consensus algorithms, his series of patents, and the publication of the world's first monograph in this field, co-published by IEEE and Wiley).

Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat is an internationally known academic/researcher/scientist/ scholar. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA.

He is on the World's Top Career-long top 2% Scientists as per Stanford University recent list. In 2024, ScholarGPS has ranked him Number 1 Scholar Worldwide in Telecommunications and Telecommunication Systems Management. He was ranked recently by research.com agency as the number ONE Computer Scientist and number ONE Scholar in Electronics and Electrical Engineering in Jordan. In recognition of his significant scientific contribution, Springer published in 2022 a book honoring his contributions in Computing, Informatics, Networking and Cybersecurity. It is entitled: Advances in Computing, Informatics, Networking and Cybersecurity - A Book Honoring Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat's Significant Scientific Contributions. Prof. Obaidat is a Life Fellow of IEEE, a Fellow of AAIA, Fellow of FTRA, Fellow of AIIA, and a Fellow of SCS.

Tufan Kumbasar (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in control and automation engineering from Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Istanbul, Türkiye, in 2006, 2008, and 2012, respectively.

Currently, he is a Professor with the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and serves as the Director of the Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems (AI2S) Laboratory, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, ITU. His research interests include computational intelligence, notably type-2 fuzzy logic, fuzzy control, neural networks, evolutionary algorithms, and intelligent systems. He is also interested in robotics, machine learning, intelligent control, and their real-world applications.

Dr. Kumbasar has served as a Publication Co-Chair, Panel Session Co-Chair, Special Session Co-Chair, PC, IPC, and TPC in various international and national conferences. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the journal Advances in Computational Intelligence and an Area Editor for the International Journal of Approximate Reasoning. He received the Best Paper Awards from the IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems in 2015 and from the 6th International Conference on Control Engineering and Information Technology in 2018. He is the Recipient of the ODTÜ Mustafa N. Parlar Research and Education Foundation Research Incentive Award in 2020, the Turkish Academy of Sciences Outstanding Young Scientists Award in 2021, the Istanbul Technical University Young Scientists Achievement Award in 2022, IEEE Turkey Research Incentive Award in 2022, and the Science Academy Young Scientist Award in 2023.

Pascal Lorenz received his M.Sc. (1990) and Ph.D. (1994) from the University of Nancy, France. Between 1990 and 1995 he was a research engineer at WorldFIP Europe and at Alcatel-Alsthom. He has been a professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, France, since 1995. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks and high-speed networks. He is the author/co-author of 3 books, 3 patents and 200 international publications in refereed journals and conferences.

He was Technical Editor of the IEEE Communications Magazine Editorial Board (2000-2006), IEEE Networks Magazine (2015-2020), IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology since 2017, IEEE Internet of Things Journal since 2024. He served as Chair of IEEE ComSoc France (2020-2024), Financial Chair of IEEE France (2017-2022), Chair of Vertical Issues in Communication Systems Technical Committee Cluster (2008-2009), Chair of the Communications Systems Integration and Modeling Technical Committee (2003-2009), Chair of the Communications Software Technical Committee (2008-2010), Chair of the Technical Committee on Information Infrastructure and Networking (2016-2017), Chair of IEEE/ComSoc Satellite and Space Communications Technical Committee (2022-2023), IEEE R8 Finance Committee (2022-2026), IEEE R8 Conference Coordination Committee (2023).

He has served as Co-Program Chair of IEEE WCNC'2012 and ICC'2004, Executive Vice-Chair of ICC'2017, TPC Vice Chair of Globecom'2018, Panel Sessions Co-Chair for Globecom'16, Tutorial Chair of VTC'2013 Spring and WCNC'2010, Track Chair of PIMRC'2012 and WCNC'2014, Symposium Co-Chair at Globecom 2007-2011, Globecom'2019, ICC 2008-2010, ICC'2014 and '2016. He has served as Co-Guest Editor for special issues of IEEE Communications Magazine, Networks Magazine, Wireless Communications Magazine, Telecommunications Systems and LNCS. He is Associate Editor for International Journal of Communication Systems (IJCS-Wiley), Journal on Security and Communication Networks (SCN-Wiley), International Journal of Business Data Communications and Networking, and Journal of Network and Computer Applications (JNCA-Elsevier).

He is a senior member of the IEEE, IARIA Fellow, and member of many international program committees. He has organized many conferences, chaired several technical sessions and gave tutorials at major international conferences. He was IEEE ComSoc Distinguished Lecturer Tour during 2013-2014 and 2026-2027.
